Company History
ANGKOR LINK ADS is an IT web development that was founded in Siem Reap on March 15, 2011. The company focuses on project web management and implementation of activities in skill trainings, new technology business production, community organization, research and small to medium scale enterprise development. It utilizes advanced technology and best practice on IT management, and proven methodologies to identify and manage risks in the relevant target sectors.
Angkor Link Ads provides a full variety of services to both public and private sector clients in different stages of the Project Cycle. Recently, the company has been developed and delivered its services such as professional advice and assistance to international organizations, government and private clients in all aspects of business establishment, system analysis and design and IT web consulting, IT support & outsourcing, networking (LAN/WAN), hotel operation systems, camera network connection and hotel CCTV & CATV.
Angkor Link Ads was formally established and registered with the Ministry of Commerce of the Royal Government of Cambodia on March 15, 2011 as a profit organization. Since then, Angkor Link Ads has created new opportunities to play an important role in supporting the RGC Decentralization and De-concentration reforms by providing services on agriculture, both effective training and quality inputs, to Commune Councils and Districts. Until end of May, 2011, Angkor Link Ads has experiences providing almost 110 service contract on a wide range of ICT web content development and web portal such as: agriculture and rice production, vegetable home garden, cash crops, livestock, fisheries production, natural resource management, hotel, guesthouse, motor taxi trailer, tour agency and tour guide, online marketing and others.
Vision
To have a Cambodian society with the improved standard living through improving local decision making in all IT development, activities capacity of local communities, agricultural production, local access to technology and marketing information, family income generation, natural resources co-management, community empowerment, health care services, children’s access to education and good governance.

Cooperate and participate with national and International Organizations, relevant government departments, local authorities and communities to support local communities in developing their societies.
Objectives
To contribute in the National Strategic Development Plan 2009 - 2013 as part of the national policy to poverty reduction, starting from grass root level; Angkor Link Ads was established aims at:
- Building knowledge and skills of governmental staff and local community members;
- Generating family income through enhancing existing careers and/or serving new employment ;
- Improving local access to technology and marketing information,
- Driving local communities from development of small-scale businesses to collective and/or medium scale businesses; and
- Ensuring existence of social accountability, transparency, good governance and self-confidence in all process of community development.
To achieve the about objective the experts of Angkor Link Ads who have long experiences on organizing the training and expertise on ICT linkage with agriculture activities as well as training approach. The training to private business owners and public government agency aim to build a competent knowledge, skill, access to information communication ability for technology modeling packages and to ensure ICT will reach to rural communities.
